Christine Egbert, a junior co-captain on the Massachusetts Maritime volleyball team, has been named as the Buccaneer Female Athlete of the Week for her efforts in four matches last week. 

Egbert, a native of Meadowbrook, Pa. and a graduate of Abington High School, earned a spot on the all-tournament team at the Bridgewater State Halloween Classic last weekend after recording 38 digs for the Buccaneers, including 11 each against Worcester State and Plymouth State.  Christine earned a spot on the MASCAC weekly honor roll for her efforts.
