Junior Patrick Dannaher led the way with a 155th place individual finish for the Buccaneer men's cross country team on Saturday afternoon, as Massachusetts Maritime closed out its 2009 campaign with a 38th place team finish at the NCAA New England Regional Championships at the Twin Brook Recreation Center in Cumberland, Maine

Under the guidance of Head Coach Chris Ryan, the Buccaneers have established themselves as one of the top programs in the MASCAC, winning the conference crown in 2005.  Massachusetts Maritime has produced several all-conference and all-regional runners as well under Ryan's tutelage.
