Just as Chris Sullo was reaching new heights with the track-and-field team at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, his focus was pulled back to the classroom. The sophomore from Canton leaped to a fifth-place finish in the high jump at the New England Division 3 track-and-field championships held last Saturday at Tufts University. Sophomore Chris Sullo followed up his MASCAC championship effort in the high jump by earning all-New England Division III accolades in the event for the Buccaneer outdoor track & field team on Saturday afternoon at the 2010 New England Division III Championships at Tufts' Dussault Track in Medford, Mass.

Junior Rory O'Donnell and sophomore Chris Sullo captured individual titles in the men's triple and high jump, respectively, for the Buccaneer outdoor track & field team on Saturday afternoon, as Massachusetts Maritime placed fifth on the men's side and sixth in women's competition at the 2010 MASCAC/New England Alliance Championships in North Dartmouth, Mass.
