The Massachusetts Maritime Academy Lady Buccaneers finished 17th in a field of 22 at the Pop Crowell Invitational at Gordon College.

Lauren Fograshy (Monson, MA) with a time of 21:07 led the way for MMA over the 3.1 mile course followed by Meredith Hall (Duxbury, MA.) at 21:39.

Samelia Joe (Wilmington, DE.) ran 22:52, Claire Amirault (Warren, RI) finished in 24:19) and Kaitlin ODonnell (Damascus, MD.) crossed the line at 24:56. Stephanie Anne Condino (Athol, MA.) ran the course in a time of 25:48, with Anne Scoran (Redding CT.) posting a time of 26:02. Kathleen Micheli (N. Attleboro) ran 26:13, Danielle MacPhee (Norton, MA.) was 26:25 and Melissa Coats (West Deptford, NJ) ran a time of 29:27.

The Lady Bucs compete again on Saturday, October 6 in the James Early Invitational at Westfield State College at 11 AM.
