Bio
Coach Webber joined the Buccaneers in the Fall of 2025to coach the outfield while also working with the hitters.
Before Mass Maritime, Webber spent two years at Dean College, where he served as the Hitting Coach, handling all facets of the offense, as well as being responsible for the outfielders.
In his two years of being in charge of the offense, total runs scored went up by nearly 50, and stolen bases more than doubled.
Webber brings playing experience from both Division 2 and Division 3 baseball. He played his freshman year at Saint Michael’s College, where he set the freshman single-season stolen bases record. He then transferred to Western New England University, where he was a 4-year starter. He hit .306 with 5 home runs in his final season at WNE, as well as hitting .500 during the conference tournament.
He graduated from Western New England with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a Master’s of Science in Sport Leadership and Coaching.
Webber is also a 2017 graduate of Bridgton Academy, where he played two years of prep school baseball and was named Defensive Player of the Year and Valedictorian.
