Bio
Coach Boudreau joined the Buccaneers football coaching staff in the Summer of 2025 for his second go-around at the Academy. Boudreau spent the 2010 season on Taylor's Point with the Buccaneers as the running backs coach.
Following his first stint with the Bucs, Paul went to Widener University in Pennsylvania, where he spent a season as the quarterbacks coach and pass game coordinator. Following the 2011 season, he spent four years in the NFL with the St. Louis Rams as the assistant special teams coordinator. In 2016, Boudreau went north to Canada, where he was the special teams coordinator for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). Most recently, he was the special teams coordinator for the Hamilton Tiger Cats in 2024.
A 1997 graduate of Boston College with a degree in communications, Paul started his coaching career at Northeastern University in 1997 and 1998. After Northeastern, he coached at the University of Cincinnati from 1998 to 1999. One of his longest tenures as a coach came at Brown University from 1999 to 2006. In '06, he went to the NFL for the first time with the Rams as a special teams assistant coach and followed that up with a two-year stint at Central Connecticut State University in 2007 and 2008. He was a special teams guest coach for the Blue Bombers in the team's 2008 training camp and was at Fitchburg State in 2009 as the wide receivers coach.
Boudreau has two Grey Cup Championships with the Blue Bombers and was on the Brown coaching staff for two Ivy League titles.
