Bio
Laura Hatch, of Middleboro, MA, will be entering her third season with Mass Maritime for the 2025–2026 season, serving as an assistant coach and the program’s pitching coach. She graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
Hatch began her coaching career with the Mass Drifters organization, where she also spent her entire travel-ball career through showcase level. A four-year varsity standout at Middleboro High School, she was a league All-Star and earned Boston Herald All-Scholastic honors.
At Bridgewater State University, Hatch was a pitcher for the Bears, making an appearance in the NCAA Division III Regional Tournament. She earned Pitcher of the Week recognition during the 2022 season and was named to the 2022 MASCAC Sportsmanship Team.
Hatch completed her Master’s degree in Sports Leadership from Endicott College in 2025.
