KINGSTON, R.I.- Bucs sailing picked up a fifth-place finish on Saturday at the Southern 5 Regatta, hosted by URI. 

Maritime accumulated 102 points across 10 races in the regatta to finish in the top five. They were 20 points clear of UVM in sixth place and just nine points short of Noreastern in fourth.

Roger Williams won the regatta with 41 points, with hosts URI behind them in second with 43. Brown University rounded out the top three with 52 points.
