HENNIKER, N.H. -- Women's soccer traveled to New Hampshire on Tuesday to play New England College in non-conference action. Though the Bucs held off the Pilgrims for 56 minutes, NEC was able to find two goals to win the match, 2-0.

How It Happened

It was a scoreless draw for the entirety of the first half of the match, with the Pilgrims outshooting the Bucs 5-3. The score remained tied, 0-0, at the break.

In the second half, NEC broke the tie in the 57th minute on Michaelidis' goal from McBain to give the hosts a 1-0 advantage. Just over 10 minutes later, Keyes scored the insurance goal on a pass from Michaelidis to make it 2-0. The Bucs had a shot on target in the final minutes, looking to get on the scoreboard, but the Pilgrims went on to win, 2-0.
