Tompkins Receives All-MASCAC Second Team Honors
WESTFIELD, Mass -- The MASCAC announced its 2025 Women's Lacrosse All-Conference teams on Wednesday afternoon with senior defender Caleigh Tompkins representing the Buccaneers on the second team.
Tompkins played in 14 games this season for the Buccaneers with a career-high 28 caused turnovers and 39 ground balls. Offensively, she had a goal and two assists on the season, with a goal and an assist in the Bucs conference game against Fitchburg, and she had an assist in their non-conference victory over Emerson.
In her best season as a Buccaneers in 2025, she earned her first-career All-Conference honors. Overall, Tompkins finishes her career with 77 caused turnovers and 114 ground balls, good for second all-time and eighth all-time, respectively, in program history.
