Lauren Fograshy - Cross Country
Women’s Cross Country Lauren Fograshy has been named as the 2009-10 Massachusetts Maritime Female Alumni Athlete of the Year.
Fograshy, a native of Monson, Mass. and a graduate of Monson High School, posted eight top 10 finishes for Head Coach Linda Letourneau’s squad over the past three seasons while earning all-MASCAC accolades along the way, as she finished 24th individually at last fall’s conference championships.
