The Buccaneer men's crew began the spring portion of its 2008-09 season on Saturday afternoon by placing third in the varsity fours at the UMass Lowell Regatta held on the Merrimack River in Lowell, Mass.

Both Buccaneer squads compete in some of the most prestigious races in both the region and nation, including the Head of the Charles.  Head Coach Kelley Lessard brings great experience at the regional and national levels to both Massachusetts Maritime programs.
