Three sets of brothers took the field this spring for the Buccaneer Men's Lacrosse team. A pair of sophomores, twin brothers Brian and Connor Burke from Del Mar, California led the team in scoring this season each contributing 14 goals. Connor held and edge on brother Brian in assists with 10 to finish as the team leader in points with 24. Brian ended the season with seven assists for a point total of 21. The Burkes came to MMA from Avon Old Farms in Avon, Connecticut.

Along with the Burke brothers the Buccaneers had a pair of siblings from Scituate, Massachusetts in Bryan and Taylor Sears. Bryan, a senior, played all 12 games for MMA this spring contributing six goals and a couple of assist to finish the spring with eight points. Freshman Taylor saw action in seven games scoring four times and assisting on another. Both Sears brothers are graduates of Boston College High School.

Rounding out the trio of brothers on the field for the Buccaneers this spring are the Linns from Bourne, Massachusetts. Older brother Brendan is a junior long-stick defenseman, while freshman Ryan plays attack. While Brendan got the job done in the defensive end, Ryan went after opposing goalies finishing with five goals and two assist for seven points. Both Linn brothers saw action in all 12 games this season.
