MMA tops Wentworth in MAC rifle match

Massachusetts Maritime out-shot Wentworth Institute in a Mid Atlantic Conference rifle match on Saturday, October 20 in Braintree.

MMA outscored Wentworth in Air Rifle 1932 to 1902 and small bore 2147 to 2055 totaling 4079 to Wentworth's 3957.

Junior Michael Terlecki (Whitman, MA) scored 536 in air rifle. Michael Surette (FR., Lynn, MA)fired a team-high 551. Kevin Geisel (FR., Gloucester, MA)contributed to the team effort with 533 and William Campbell (SR., Collinsville, CT) rounded out the scoring with 527.

In small bore Terlecki led the Buccaneers with 513 followed by Surette (508), Geisel (466) and Junita Goldman (SR., Montville, CT)who scored 443.
