Women Compete in Alliance XC Championship

Meredith Hall (Duxbury) was the first to cross the finish line Saturday for the Massachusetts Maritime Academy Buccaneers at the Alliance - Little East Cross-Country Championship on the campus of U-Mass Dartmouth. Hall ran 56th with a finishing time of 21:54.

Stephanie Anne Condino (Athol) ran 93rd for MMA posting a time of 23:37. Claire Amirault turned in a time of 24:45 followed by a solid block of MMA runners. Kaitlin ODonnell (Damascus, MD.) had a time of 24:53) and Anne Scoran (Redding, CT.) was rught behind her at 24:54.

Danielle MacPhee (Norton) posted a mark of 25:22, Kathleen Micheli (N. Attleboro) ran 26:27, Erika Berube (Chesterfield, VA.) turned in a time of 26:45 and Melissa Coats (West Deptford, NJ.) ended the day with a time of 31:03.
