Women's XC Runs James Early Invite

The MMA Buccaneers finished 17th in a field of 20 Saturday in the 5k James Early Invitational at Stanley Park in Westfield. Trinity College won the event.

Lauren Fograshy (Monson, MA.) led the way for MMA finishing 53rd in a field of 232 runners in a time of 21:23. Meredith Hall (Duxbury) was next across the line for the Bucs in 67th place completing the 5k in 21:45.

Kaitlin O'Donnell (Damascus, MD.) posted a time of 25:35, followed by Danielle MacPhee (Norton) who finished in 25:50. Anne Scoran (Redding, CT.) posted a mark of 26:15, Kathleen Micheli (N. Attleboro) ran 26:45, and Erika Berube (Chesterfield, VA.) finished at 27:50.

The MMA women will compete next on October 20 in the MASCAC Championship at Worcester State.
