BUZZARDS BAY, Mass -- The Buccaneers took on Rhode Island College in non-conference play on Tuesday evening at home. Though the Bucs kept the second set close, they fell in straight sets, 3-0.

Maritime

  • Shayla Narodowg led the Buccaneers attack with 10 kills. 
  • Madeleine Salinas was the team's assists leader with 12 in the loss.
  • On the serve, Ashleigh Catlett recorded a team-high two aces.
  • Defensively, Holly Sanders had a match-high 14 digs, and Catlett had 11.
  • At the net, Maliah Servino had a solo block and two block assists.
  • The Bucs had a hitting percentage of 0.059 and 27 points.

Rhode Island College

  • Sarina Marines led all players with 11 kills.
  • Grace Luchka had 15 assists, and Yuleist Alvelo had 14.
  • On the serve, Marines had a match-high four aces.
