BUZZARDS BAY, Mass -- The Buccaneers hosted Framingham State on Tuesday in their final home conference match of the season. An injury-riddled Bucs squad was beaten in straight sets by the Rams.

Records: Maritime 5-18 (1-6)

               Framingham 15-11 (5-2)

 

Inside the Numbers

Maritime

  • Shayla Narodowg was the Bucs offensive leader with 16 kills in the match. 
  • Erin Donlan provided 18 assists in the loss.
  • On the serve, Narodowg and Holly Sanders each had two service aces.
  • Defensively, Sanders led the match with 26 digs.
  • At the net, Natalie Gale had two solo blocks and Sydney McCarthy added one.
  • The Bucs posted a 0.054 hitting percentage and 31 points.

Framingham

  • MASCAC kills leader, Natalie Reynolds, led all players with 19 kills in the Rams win.
  • Stella Bailey provided 35 assists in the match.
  • On the serve, Kristine Santiago-Alers had a match-high five aces.
  • Defensively, Santiago-Alers led her team with 15 digs.
  • At the net, Jamie Moniz provided two block assists, and Bailet and Emma Dobbins each had one block assist.
  • Framingham posted a 0.259 hitting percentage and 52 points.

The Buccaneers are back home on Saturday, November 1st, to take on Bay Path at 3 pm, and to celebrate the Bucs four seniors as part of their Senior Day celebration.
